Vintage Ronson Newark NJ Silver Vanity Tray

This vintage vanity tray has loads of wear and tear but we think that is what gives it unparalleled character. Made by Ronson who was founded in Newark NJ in 1897, it measures 11 3/4" long x 6" wide. It has a classic beaded edge and handles. There is tons of patina and wear around the entire surface. Some of it may be able to be polished but we cannot guarantee. We think it is perfectly imperfect as is. Someone previously must have put something along the bottom edge to keep it from scratching the surface of whatever it had been placed on. Not visible from the surface, the underside has a black ring around the edge. Please note this piece is best suited for someone who loves significant wear and the stories these pieces tell.
