This darling hand painted sugar bowl and creamer were made by Nikko between 1986 - 1988 for their Provincial line. The pattern is called Biarritz and was hand painted in Japan. It features a sweet floral design in pink, yellow, blue and green. Sold separately, please select item desired from drop down menu. Both pieces are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
