Romantic and wonderfully atmospheric, this vintage framed print reproduces a garden scene associated with French Rococo artist Jean-Antoine Watteau. The softly rendered figures and pastoral setting have an unmistakably old-world quality, beautifully complemented by the rich chocolate brown and cream matting.
The print is finished in a handsome black wood frame with warm gold detailing along the inner and outer edges. We especially love the layered matting and oval presentation, which give the piece the feeling of something collected over generations.
The print measures approximately 14” x 11”, and the overall framed piece measures approximately 18” x 15 1/4”.
