Made in England in 1936, The Medford by Royal Doulton features a sweet floral pattern framed by a chocolate brown border reminiscent of block printing. The scalloped rim and delicate fluted detailing make this nearly 90-year-old piece especially lovely for display.
This rimmed soup bowl measures approximately 8 1/2” across overall, with an inner bowl measuring approximately 5 3/4” across and 1” deep.
Please note: This piece has a significant crack extending from the rim nearly to the center of the bowl, as shown in the photographs. Because of its condition, we recommend it for decorative use rather than serving food. Beautiful displayed on a wall, tucked into a plate rack or repurposed for a creative project.
