Details

Made in England around 1925, this rare WH Grindley oval serving platter in the Chelsea Ivory Torbay pattern features a multicolor floral design in pinks, blues and green. WH Grindley and Co was founded in 1880 and produced wares under that name until 1976. The company was defunct by 1991. The platter measures 12 3/4" long and 10" wide.  There is heavy crazing present but no chips or cracks. It is in excellent overall condition.
