Made in England around 1925, this rare WH Grindley bread and butter plate in the Chelsea Ivory Torbay pattern features a multicolor floral design in pinks, blues and green. WH Grindley and Co was founded in 1880 and produced wares under that name until 1976. The company was defunct by 1991. The plate measures 6 1/4" across the surface.
