This stunning double handle covered vegetable dish was made in Austria by Altrohla. It was most likely for export to the US in the late 1800's through the early 20th century. With a beautiful blue floral pattern each piece is back stamped and numbered. The handles have a gold painted accent and graceful curves. The dish measures an overall 12" long, 8" wide and 6" high. The interior is 9" long, 6 1/2" wide and 3 1/4" deep. There is gentle rubbing to the gold on the handles but it has no chips or cracks and is in overall excellent condition.
