Vintage Pair of Sterling Weighted Taper Candle Holders

This pair of taper candleholders are made of weighted sterling silver. This generally means that they are reinforced with cement making them heavier weighted in the base than a typical piece of sterling silver. It was made by Duchin Creations which operated in NYC from 1944 into the 1950's. These 3 1/4" candleholders have some signs of gentle wear including a few small dents around the outer edges.
