These darling hand painted dinner plates were made by Nikko between 1986 - 1988 for their Provincial line. The pattern is called Biarritz and was hand painted in Japan and has a sweet scalloped edge. It features a sweet floral design in pink, yellow, blue and green. Sold as open stock (single plate), please select quantity and quality desired from drop down menu. Each plate measures 10 1/4" across the surface.
