Vintage Framed Print John Constable The Valley of the Stour

This charming print of famed landscape artist John Constable's The Valley of the Stour  framed in a lightweight green wood frame. The frame measure an overall 10 3/4" x 8 3/4".  The original is in possession at the Victoria and Albert Museum in England and someone lovingly framed this artist's card and inscribed on the backside. As this was not professionally framed, over time someone used scotch tape to reinsure the backing and there is no hanging hardware attached. This handmade quirks actually add to it's overall charm and the color of the frame looks incredibly beautiful with the print.
