Details

Beautifully hand painted and rich with old-world charm, this remarkable Portuguese serving piece features a deep round platter with a matching domed lid. Equally lovely for serving warm breads, vegetables, cheeses, or favorite dishes, it also makes a striking centerpiece for gathered tables.

Marked Porta on the underside, this substantial piece is heavily weighted and beautifully crafted. Its charming blue floral motif evokes the warmth and character of traditional European pottery.

The platter measures approximately 13” across with a 3” deep well. With the lid in place, the overall height measures approximately 5”.

This piece is free from chips and cracks and remains in excellent vintage condition.
