This large sugar bowl by Poole Silver is in the Lancaster Rose pattern. It is very heavy weighted, footed and measures 5 3/4" high and 7 1/2" wide form handle to handle. Poole operated in Taunton, MA from 1892 - 1971. It is truly a grand serving piece. It has usual signs of prior use (scratches and scuffs) and heavy levels of patina that could be polished up or left imperfectly perfect as is. It is in excellent overall condition.
