Classic pink transferware made in England by Mason's called Vista. This two piece butter dish holds 1/4 pound of butter (single stick). The back stamp has proven hard to date but we do know that Vista Pink was manufactured from 1890 - 2000. We think this piece was made pre 1940. There is heavy discoloration and crazing on the bottom piece and some discoloration on the edges and interior of the lid. It has no chips or cracks. It is in good overall condition.
