Vintage Landscape Painting on Board

This painting definitely brings all the charm. Painted on board and framed in a perfectly simple wood frame, it features a rural landscape scene that appears to be a cotton harvest. Signed 'Scott' by the artist, the frame measures an overall 26 1/2" wide x 14 1/2" high x 1 1/2" deep. The board is not very secure in the frame and could use reinforcement. There is no hanging hardware attached to the back. However, the depth of the frame and thinness of the board do allow it to be hung on a nail (not ideal of course). There is some wear and teat to the frame (visible in photos) but we think that it only adds to the charm of this cozy piece.
