Vintage Independence Ironstone Bittersweet Flat Cup & Saucer Set

This charming flat cup & saucer set is the perfect addition to your ironstone collection or as a mix match piece to other dinnerware. With a unique octagonal shape and reddish brown and white transferware design called Bittersweet, the beauty is in the simplicity. The cup measures 3 1/2" high with a 3 1/2" wide mouth and holds 6 fluid ounces. There is significant crazing and staining on the saucer (visible in photos) as well as a black smudge on the cup. There are no chips or cracks. It is in overall very good condition.
