Vintage Hand Painted Stenciled Plaque

This charming little stenciled plaque looks apropos anytime of year. The red and green make it relevant to the holiday season but the tulips keep it seasonal for spring and summer. It is simply darling! It roughly measures 7 1/2" square and has two holes on the top where it may have once had a handle for hanging. There is no hanging hardware on the back but it could always be added. It looks perfect even leaned on a shelf.
