Vintage Hand Painted Milk Glass Cake Stand

This white milk glass cake stand with its hand painted floral design had our hearts the minute we laid eyes on it. Standing 7" high with a 9 1/2" surface, it has been well loved and that wear and tear gives this piece so much character. There are touches of blue above the floral design in what may have been a blue sky and there is some rubbing to the floral design itself. The stand and edges are striped and both have paint loss. Unmarked, we are not sure if someone painted this on a plain glass stand or if it was manufactured. It is best suited for someone who loves the stories the well worn tell.
