Gourmet magazine was published in the US beginning in 1941 and ran until 2009. It was the first US magazine devoted to food & wine and has been referred to as "an American cultural icon".
The Gourmet Cookbook came in two volumes with the Volume 1 originally published in 1950. This copy was printed in 1981 and this massive tome holds 820 pages. It is in excellent condition.
