Vintage Framed Embroidery

The colors of both the frame and the embroidery caught our attention and then the sentiment stole our hearts. As the inscription on the back tells us, this was embroidered as a Christmas gift in 1979. With an ode to a mother's love, the overall frame measures 16 1/2" long x 12 3/4" wide. The embroidery is 13" long x 9 1/4" wide. There is some discoloring from age that adds that well worn look that we love so much. The frame is solid and in excellent overall condition.
