Vintage Framed Autumn Watercolor

We found this gorgeous vintage watercolor and patiently held on to it until we found the perfect vintage frame to accompany it. The cozy fall scene was signed by the artist Ralph Langreck and dated '00. Some research shows there was a man who lived in the Nashville area by that name who was a hobby watercolorist. It is quite possible this piece was painted by him; he lived from 1927 - 2012. 

It is framed in a vintage Burnes tabletop frame with a charming floral design on the border. It holds an 8x10 photo and measures an overall 11 1/2" x 9 1/2". It has some minor signs of wear and tear, typical for a vintage piece. The joints are tight and it is in excellent overall condition.
