This round Pyrex casserole dish a wooden basket with leather handles is an easy way to elevate mealtime. Perfect for serving a variety of dishes, it brings the term "oven to table" to a new level. This covered amber glass dish is 8 1/4" round and 3 1/2" deep. There is a tiny chip on the edge of the lid and a large chip on the underside of one of the handles. There is some discoloration the bottom of the basket as visible in photos. There are no other chips or cracks and it is in overall good condition.
Autumn in the Country
It was cold and crisp outside; the kind of fall evening where your heaviest knit sweater is barely warm enough in the shade but just right in the hazy glow of the fading sun. Woolen blankets stood at the ready to provide additional warmth and candles were lit so that the hazy glow would remain once the sun had set.
