Pair of Theodore Haviland Limoges France Luncheon Plates

There is something special about old Limoges that is unparalleled by other china manufacturers. Many of their designs, made in excess of 100 years ago, are so relevant to today. For instance, this soft pink floral design feels fresh on today's table. The plate measures 8 3/4" across. There is some gold loss to the daubs and one plate has a single surface chip and the other plate has two surface chips as well as an underside chip. Due to the design on the rims these imperfections are not glaringly visible. They are in overall good condition for their age.
