Made by Towle, this large serving tray has high, pierced sides and an engraved center. The little beaded accents around the edges bring such a classic vibe. This is definitely an heirloom piece of silver. Measuring an overall 14 1/4" across, the serving surface is 11 1/2" across and the sides are 2" high. There are varying levels of patina across the surface that can be polished up or left as perfectly imperfect as is. There are some typical signs of prior use (minor scratches and scuffs) but it is in overall very good condition.
