Beautiful floral bread & butter plate that is perfect as a saucer, for serving dessert, as a soap dish or even as a jewelry tray. The pattern is called Dorchester and was manufactured between 1931 - 1965. It measures 6 1/4" across and has no chips or cracks. It is in excellent condition.
Autumn in the Country
It was cold and crisp outside; the kind of fall evening where your heaviest knit sweater is barely warm enough in the shade but just right in the hazy glow of the fading sun. Woolen blankets stood at the ready to provide additional warmth and candles were lit so that the hazy glow would remain once the sun had set.
