Antique Haviland Limoges Cake Plate / Round Platter for CLF Huntington OH

We love this green and gold floral design cake plate / platter. Perfect for serving a variety of things, it measures an overall 11 1/2" from handle to handle with a center that is 9 1/2" across, it was made by Haviland in France for C.L.F. Huntington in Cincinnati Ohio. Some research shows C.L.F. Huntington was a tableware distributor in the city of Cincinnati in the 1880's. There is reference to the store having been located at No. 23 W. Fourth St. This fabulous piece of history has minimal signs of prior use and is in excellent condition.
