Classic silver plate Revere style bowl by Gorham. Measuring 2 3/4" high, it is 5" across and 2" deep. It has typical signs of prior use (scratches & scuffs) and varying levels of patina that could be polished up or left as perfectly imperfect as is. It is in overall excellent condition.
