This rare pattern by Booth's is called Melsary and we believe it was manufactured around 1906. It is a stunning piece of flow blue pottery. It measures 12 1/4" long and is 6 1/4" wide. There are some hairline cracks on the bottom and some varying levels of discoloration from age. We love it filled with some moss and a foraged bird nest.
Autumn in the Country
It was cold and crisp outside; the kind of fall evening where your heaviest knit sweater is barely warm enough in the shade but just right in the hazy glow of the fading sun. Woolen blankets stood at the ready to provide additional warmth and candles were lit so that the hazy glow would remain once the sun had set.
