Time. It’s is something that I treasure and value above most things and actually find myself being stingy with more often than not. 1. Because there never seems to be enough of it and 2. That is probably because I always try to do ALL the things (Textbook Enneagram 1 here 🙋🏻♀️) to the point that I start asking myself how much sleep I really need to get by. It’s like I think I’m Superwoman until I inevitably crash & burn. 🤷🏻♀️

Do you have a back pocket ~ go to ~ no fail dessert recipe? I do and it’s this Sour Cream Pound Cake right here. Easy to make and the top develops this marvelous crispiness that might actually be my favorite part. The downside to having a back pocket recipe like this is that my pound cake is the butt of dessert jokes in my family because they have had it way too often and at this point in time just find it boring. So I thought I would show them a thing or two and took it up a notch this weekend. I baked the pound cake and my daughter whipped up a good old fashioned Berry Fool. Who’s the fool now? 😉
